Getting Started & Fees

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Whether you’re reaching out in the middle of a crisis or simply know it’s time to talk to someone, I’ll help you feel seen, heard, and supported from the very first conversation.

I offer sessions in person in Prosper, TX and online throughout the state of Texas. Once we’ve had an initial video consultation, I’ll send you a link to my client portal (hosted through SimplePractice), where you can complete the intake forms and view available appointment times to schedule your first session.

When Life Shifts Under Your Feet

Some of us don’t just grow up with tough family dynamics, we also face loss, illness, or trauma that shakes the ground beneath us. I’ve lived through those chapters, too. And I know how hard it can be to keep showing up when everything feels uncertain. If your body has changed, your grief feels unspoken, or the future looks different than you planned… you’re not alone here.

Sometimes just saying it out loud, to someone who truly gets it, is the first step toward feeling steady again. That kind of understanding doesn’t come from textbooks, it comes from being human, too.

How To Get Started

Beginning therapy can feel like a big step. Here’s what the process looks like for individuals as well as couples, so you know exactly what to expect:

Step 1

Request a free consultation

Schedule a complimentary 20-minute consultation through my secure client portal. This is a chance for us to briefly connect and talk about what’s bringing you in.

Step 2

Make sure we’re a good fit

If it feels like a good match and I believe I can help, I’ll let you know that I’m accepting you into my practice. It’s important to me that this relationship starts with clarity and mutual respect.

Step 3

Complete your intake paperwork

Once we agree to move forward, I’ll email you the necessary paperwork to complete before our first session. This helps us use our time together well from the very beginning.

Step 4

Schedule your first session

You’ll book your first full session— 50 minutes for individuals and 100 minutes for couples, through my secure client portal. We’ll get to work on building safety, clarity, and connection right away.

Fees

I’m a private-pay therapist and do not accept insurance. However, I’m happy to provide a monthly superbill for clients who wish to seek reimbursement through out-of-network benefits.

Individual Therapy

$200 per session

Sessions are 50 minutes. Extended sessions may be available upon request.

Couples Therapy

$400 per session

Sessions are 100 minutes. Longer sessions may be scheduled depending on your needs.

Questions?

If you’re not quite sure what you need, that’s okay. Starting therapy is often the first step toward clarity. Reach out, and we’ll take it from there, together.

Ready to Begin?

You don’t need to have it all figured out. If you’re hurting, curious, or ready for a change, reach out. We’ll start with one honest conversation and go from there.
